Dispatch Policy

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

Prices and Tax.

The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union. For deliveries outside EU, VAT will be deducted from the total price. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.

Cancellation and Returns

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. The information on how to cancel and the Cancellation Form will be sent with the goods, together with the postal details of where to return the goods. Please send an e-mail to us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why.

Colours

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

Confidentiality

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Jurisdiction

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

We accept orders only on the basis that you have read and understood our terms and conditions. 

Minimum age to purchase a BB gun is 18 years. An adult must supervise persons 14 to 18 years of age. No gun should be carried in a public place unless in transit when it should be unloaded and placed in a bag. Note guns must not be concealed on ones person, or pointed or fired at another human or animal. Safety glasses and other protective clothing should always be worn when operating or viewing the firing. 

From 01/10/2007 the laws regarding airsoft guns have changed for the UK. Under the VCRA Bill 2006 it is illegal to buy or sell an airsoft gun to anyone under the age of 18 years. Please Note: Under Section 36 of the V.C.R Act it is a criminal offence to alter the appearance or paint in a colour of an imitation firearm to make it into a realistic firearm.

Faulty goods have to be returned within 28 days. Please ensure that you retain the invoice as proof of purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for repairs to be carried out. Please note returns of undamaged items need to be sent in re-saleable condition i.e. non damaged packaging and your free BB pellets. Returns cannot be accepted if the product has been misused, or inferior BB pellets has been used and jammed the product. Please note we may charge a restocking fee if this is found to be the case. You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error. We do test every single return, if a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage charges. We would advise you to check the item and the instructions thoroughly before returning a faulty item as we will not refund any items found to be in good working order. We can also not refund or replace any BB guns that have been misused, or if low quality bb pellets have been used, or if BB pellets have been re-used. We can also not refund or replace any batteries or chargers that may have been overcharged, please see our frequently asked questions section on the website for more info on charging times and battery types. Although the information and recommendations on this internet website are presented in good faith and believed to be correct, we makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy of the information. Information is supplied upon the condition that the persons will make their own determination as to its suitability for their purposes prior to use.
